Curioquest Academy is a proprietary firm registered under UDYAM-RJ-17-0451532, providing education counseling and admission guidance services for Amity University programs across India. We are an authorized counseling partner, not the official Amity University application portal.

2. Platform Use & Disclaimer

We strive to keep this platform functional, accurate and safe. However, Curioquest Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or suitability of any content for a specific purpose. We are not responsible for damage caused by viruses, technical issues, third-party content accuracy, or losses arising from reliance on platform information.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content on this platform is the intellectual property of Curioquest Academy. Trademarks and university names (including "Amity University") belong to their respective owners. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. User Registration & Data

When you submit any form, you agree to provide accurate information and allow us to contact you via call, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding Amity University admissions. To opt out, write to connectcollegeapply@gmail.com.

Note: By submitting your details, you acknowledge willful consent to be contacted, even if your number is registered under TRAI DND/NCPR.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

Your data may be used to provide counseling, share course recommendations and conduct outreach for Amity University admissions. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws.

6. Payment Terms

We do not collect any payment for counseling services. All fees for applications, tuition, hostel, etc. are paid directly to Amity University. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to violate laws, impersonate others, share misleading content, hack or disrupt the platform, or infringe IP rights. Violation may lead to termination and legal action.

8. Third-Party Links & Partners

Our platform may link to third-party websites or partner universities. Curioquest Academy does not take responsibility for the content of these external platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Curioquest Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts of Rajasthan, India.
